GENERAL ABOUT SPORTSCOM’S SERVICE AND USER AGREEMENT

Sportscom is a personalized app and web-based service – including associated services, referred to as “Service(s)” – providing personalized access to audio content through individual purchases or subscriptions, with or without commitment periods. An agreement arises between you as a user and Sportscom regarding fee-based services included in the Service when you register in the Service. The User Agreement consists of the General Terms of Use for the service and, if applicable, the Terms of Use for Amateur Commentators. The following Privacy Policy complements the User Agreement and explains how Sportscom collects and uses your personal data.

HOW DO WE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA?

We collect information that you provide when registering an account on Sportscom. When you open an account, we ask for your name, email, and phone number. We also ask for payment details such as credit card numbers. We also collect information that we receive when you use our services, such as what you watch and like on Sportscom. We use various methods to collect Personal Data, such as cookies and customer surveys.

WHAT TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?

Sportscom collects the personal data necessary to provide the services you have expressed interest in. The collected information may include name, address, phone and email address, card number. Furthermore, we may collect information about your IP address, language settings, browser settings, time zone, operating system, and platform.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your personal data may be used to send SMS messages to you with relevant information about Sportscom. If you have not objected to such marketing in writing, we may also use your personal data to send you emails regarding special offers, as well as other products and services that may be of interest to you. Furthermore, we may send information to you in collaboration with our partners such as leagues, sports clubs, and sports associations. You can inform us at any time if you do not wish to receive newsletters, campaigns, and offers by using the unsubscribe link provided in each newsletter.

Your personal data may also be used for market and customer analysis, development and improvement of our services, risk management, and statistics.

HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

When we store your data for purposes other than our contractual obligations, such as fulfilling accounting and other regulatory capital requirements, we only store your personal data for as long as necessary and/or required by law for each purpose.

WHERE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We always strive to have your personal data processed within the EU/EEA, and all our own IT systems are located in Sweden. However, for system support and maintenance, we may need to transfer information to a country outside the EU/EEA.
